Parking Ordinances

Marquette residents are reminded that the winter parking ban will begin on November 1, 2004, and run until April 1, 2005. The parking ban prohibits on-street parking from the hours of 1:00 am to 6:00 am on all city streets and city parking lots. The fine for parking on a city street or parking lot during the hours of 1:00 am to 6:00 am is $50.00.

Marquette residents are also reminded that the ordinance which prohibits parking in the city Right Of Way (#16) and prohibits Front Yard Parking (#80) remains in effect
